Focus: small businesses in Turkey, local service firms and agencies that are out of hours.
Studio
We take small work seriously.
Ocnsoft sells a written scope, not a big promise. The site, the panel and the database are discussed at the same table. Care is not hidden inside the project fee.
Agencies can also hire subcontract PHP, SQL, care and urgent technical help.
The English pages are the same frame, for conversations outside Turkey.
Company setup, tax and contract wording need an accountant and, when needed, a lawyer. This site does not replace that advice.
How it runs
No written quote, no open job.
First call
We listen to the need and the date. We also say when it is not a fit.
Scope
What is delivered, what is left out and how acceptance works are written down.
Quote
The date, revision rounds and payment plan sit inside the quote.
Start
Code does not open before a written order and the starting payment are clear.
Handoff
Test, acceptance, launch and a short transfer note. Care is a separate package.
